As your coach I am an attentive, supportive colleague who empowers you to live your dreams. My job is to look with you at what your goals and dreams are, and to clarify your life’s intentions. Once your intentions are clear, we identify actions you will take toward your goals. We look at resources you can draw from to help you achieve these goals with ease. I work with you to overcome obstacles that keep you from your goals, and to get the support you need to achieve your desired results.

I have 35 years of management experience in a variety of positions. I’m a Certified Academy Coach from the Academy for Coaching Excellence. I’ve been trained by Maria Nemeth, PhD and worked with her for over 5 years. As a result, I’m living the life I want with clarity and focus.
